Baler Liner
This product is a HDPE liner designed specifically for agricultural baler machine. It can significantly improves the wear resistance of the machinery, optimizes fuel consumption efficiency, and effectively extends the service life of the machinery.
It has been successfully adapted to the Massey Ferguson MF2270, and has undergone strict on-site measurement verification to ensure accurate installation and excellent adaptability, providing solid and reliable support and protection.
When the forage rolled out, we observed that the internal tip liner was bent by the compression of the bale, and even rolled out entirely. In view of this, we added welded metal sheets to the original mechine metal at the tip to enhance the stability of the liner and ensure a more solid and reliable tip structure.
During the process of baling, the internal tension of the bale can easily cause the forage to retract, which in extreme cases will lead to backflow. To solve this problem, the liner product is equipped with anti-retreat patterns, which are stable at the groove when the grass expands. The oblique cut design will not affect the output of the bales.
